3T Elite Track Club is proudly owned and operated by Jerell Williams, also known as Coach Smiley, and Shockmain Davis. Founded in 2024, our vision was to create a competitive environment for track and field athletes while cultivating an inclusive training club open to athletes of all skill levels.

Our name, 3T Elite, stands for Teach our youth, Train their minds, Transform their future. We model these principles daily as we strive to ensure a welcoming, family-centered atmosphere for athletes from the age of 5 through high school graduation.

Since our founding, we have impacted over 500 athletes and continue to grow, with exciting plans to expand further during the 2026–2027 season. While it has been bittersweet, we have had to turn away over 150 athletes to maintain the strong foundation of consistency, excellence, and community that defines our club.

Our organization is proudly rooted in Christian values, founded on the principles of Christ Jesus, our Savior. We are inspired by the scripture Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” At 3T Elite, we love God, we love our community, and we love our athletes.
